Policies / Appointments

• If cancellation is necessary, please notify us within a minimum of 24-hours prior to your appointment.  Please be aware that our Kiva Spa Packages or multiple appointments require a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid being responsible for one-half of the total service fee per person.  A current credit card is required on file for multiple services or groups.

• Scheduling is designed according to service in order to alleviate waiting for appointments. Please be on time for your appointment so that we can maintain
our schedule.

• Underage minors should be accompanied by an adult for any spa services.

• We recommend clients schedule their next haircut, color, perm, manicure, facial or massage prior to leaving Kiva.

• All prices are subject to change.  Prices quoted do not include gratuities.

For your Comfort

• If you feel you would be happier or better served by another staff member who might provide a fresh point of view, please let us know. We recognize that the correct staff/client match is paramount and we encourage clients to request a change if they are not satisfied. Your comfort and satisfaction is our primary goal.

• Due to risk of accidents & liabilities, Kiva subcontractors’ policies state
“children may visit our salon & spa by appointment only.”

• No smoking is permitted.
